I have shown my booking/ur email to the property but he has not given room. Told that there is no room. I stayed in another guest house with extra charges. Very bad experience. Thank you.

This hotel is cursed

I booked a room at this hotel during my pilgrimage. I called and told them that our train arrives at 8 am, we would be checking in very late. I didn’t want a refund, discount, nor to cancel, I only wanted a safe hotel room to sleep in after traveling for 3 days. Upon arrival the man simply screamed at us, “Cancel! Cancel! Cancel!” And shooed is out of his hotel. We were left stranded. To make matters worse, there were issues with my American bank account, so this new room would cut my funds. Hotels.com did absolutely nothing to help. They can’t even refund me. This is absolutely the worst hotel in Haridwar. You’d be more welcome sleeping under the market with the dogs. The stench from their dishonest behavior seeps out their fingers and will infect you. Avoid this place. It is cursed.
