Very poorly managed. Rooms were stinky, towels were missing. Except for the manager, the staff was rude and not trained. Restaurant service was pathetic.

This is the worst ever. Expedia should remove this from their listing - no toilet working - dirty - worst food List is very long

We do acknowledge the highlighted areas of concern and would like to apprise you that entire hotel partially will be going under renovations to further upgrade our product including rooms, banquets, our F&B outlets, spa , gym & pool.I would further urge you to do let the team know of the concerns faced while it occurs so that any mechanical defect can be repaired immediately to ensure the smooth stay ,however in this particular instance we did not find any complaints registered on same.You would indeed appreciate that keeping in mind the guest delight our front desk team was happy to upgrade your rooms to the next category as with a intention to ensure a wonderful stay experience.Having said so, we understand that we have not been able to meet your expectations and would like to extend our sincere apologies.
