Dear Roman, thank you for taking your time for rating and commenting our services! Some of our crew members speak German, some English, some Croatian, some Czech, some Hebrew besides Hungarian. As you only spent 1 night here, there might be a tiny chance that you only met colleagues who do not speak your requested language, we are sorry for that. At the main working hours you can always find someone at the reception who speaks English and someone who speaks German. No one is smoking at the reception and no one is smoking in the Housekeeping section so we are confused about your statement. Our rooms are all non-smoking, so our only thought about the smell in the room is that one of your neighbours was smoking at the terrace which is strongly prohibited. In these cases (and in any type of issue) we ask you to contact the reception so we can find the quickest and best possible solution. We hope you had a good time in our hotel and we can welcome you again in the future!
