I truly hate to give this property 3 stars because the staff is amazing. While it’s very clean the property needs to be updated. In particularly , the toilets. This was my second stay as i plan to be in Killeen all summer. During both stays (room 306 and 202) the toilets do bot work properly. In order to flush I had to physically lift the toilet top off the toilet , hold down the trigger to fill with water. The other room you have to hold down the lever the whole time to completely flush. I doubt i’ll be booking here again but again the staff was amazing!!

We deeply apologize for the inconveniences we have caused during your stay. We are not proud of the major issues that make a person's stay unsatisfactory, even more, when it occurs more than once. My room was next to elevator. Noisy. Also right above entrance where a car sat outside around midnight blasting music. Woke me & kept me awake for sometime, & no one did anything about it

Hotel has seen better days

This hotel has seen better days. The room was clean, the people were very nice but the overall hotel left a lot to be desired. Although there were leaks in the hallway with broken windows, the room’s curtains were torn and tattered, the bathroom had a rusty tub and toilet was on shims, the room was comfortable. It didn’t feel dirty, just old and not maintained. The breakfast consisted of old eggs, soggy biscuits, decaf only coffee because the machine wasn’t working, pretty good waffles and toast/bagels. Would I stay here again in a pinch, yes, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

The pool was dirty and closed, and there was an abandoned Car wash and an abandoned building behind the property! I understand that this is the hotel fault, but that could have an affect on someone's perception of the area around the property itself.. ..!!
