Incredibly clean room and the staff were friendly. Standard breakfast with hot eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit, cereal, waffle, bagels, toast, yogurt etc.

Bad experience
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI chose this hotel primarily for the Tesla destination chargers, but I was very disappointed. Upon arrival, one charger was blocked by the manager's van, and the other was reserved for a resident. The front desk explained it was due to people stealing free charging, but this left me unable to charge my car as promised. I ended up paying to charge elsewhere, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Had I known, I would have stayed elsewhere. Overall, a disappointing experience. What a joke, Best Western Harker Heights - Killeen - Fort Hood TX.

We're very sorry Paul, we have a guest staying long term and he charges his Tesla every night and the other charger doesn't work. We tried to let you know at check-in so you could make other arragements, but again we do apologize.

The staff were very kind and pool was nice and quiet. They offer a nice free breakfast. Room is very standard nothing exciting.
