Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich. Doppelzimmer nicht bekommen und wohnten unterm Dach.Toilette im Zimmer defekt. Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Frühstücksbuffet konnte man vergessen , kein Obst und wurde auch nichts aufgefüllt.Schade , wir hatten uns vom Hotel mehr versprochen. Kann man nicht empfehlen !!!!!

We would very much like to show you that the reception is now also working 100% as it should have been by your arrival, if you would be willing to give us a second chance. On the other hand, we are still recording your debt on the hotel account, when unfortunately you have not yet paid for the dinners of EUR 29.56, probably you have decided that you deserve not to pay for it and keep it as a compensation for you...
