Your riverfront penthouse suite is on the top level, 3rd floor of a historic Harrisburg building built circa 1850. The space has a modern open floor plan and is surrounded by windows with views of the Susquehanna river and the Harrisburg city skyline. No expense was spared with a luxurious gourmet kitchen with custom epoxy countertops, hardwood floors, shiplap accent walls, whiskey barrel vanities in the bathrooms and a bedroom with a custom wood built-in closet and shelves. This space was designed with the discerning traveler in mind and aims to provide the most luxurious accommodations in Harrisburg.

Guests are required to fill out online/digital registration form, submit a picture of a government ID and digitally sign a Rental Agreement 7 days before check-in or immediately after booking if less than 7 days before check in.

Pets and Emotional Support Animals require permission from host and payment of pet fee starting at $30/night for one pet/ESA

Service animals are allowed for free but must be with guest at all times and please answer the following question for host: Do you require this service animal due to a disability? What work or tasks has the service animal been trained to perform?

Visitors and extra guests not included in the reservation are not allowed inside the building without host's permission and will be asked to leave the property and/or will be subject to extra guest fee of $40 per guest per night over two.

One unassigned parking space in the building off-street parking lot. Extra vehicles must be parked on the street

Smoking cigarettes, pot or vaping inside the apartment is prohibited and you will be asked to leave if you violate it.
