Check-In & Check-Out: Arrive between 4 PM and 10 PM for check-in, and check out on or before 10 AM for a seamless departure.

No Parties: To maintain a serene atmosphere, kindly refrain from hosting parties.

Pets Allowed: Your four-legged companions are more than welcome! A pet-friendly retreat awaits with a fee of $65 per pet per stay, subject to approval.

Notes:
If a pet hasn't been disclosed and the no pet fee is paid before check-in, and if management later discovers that there is a pet in the condo, a $300 charge/claim will be applied.

Please also acknowledge the following:

1. Based on past experiences, we do not host groups who are all 21 years of age or younger. If your group is 21 years of age or younger, please do not place a reservation without written pre-approval from us. Failure to do so will result in termination of your reservation.

2. Locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval from us. This is to prevent nearby residents from using our property as a party house.

3. Please note that we only release door codes to the person who booked the reservation, and you must provide valid, government issued photo ID.

4. All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. This means all guests entering the property at any point in time counts as a guest. In other words, the definition of a guest is not limited to only those people planning on sleeping inside the property, but to all guests planning to be inside at any given time. For example, if 6 people are going to “hang out” inside, but only 2 people plan on sleeping over, then the guest count selecting during the booking should be “6” not “2.” Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation or an additional charge of $30 per person. We will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

5. We may need to ask for your driver's license for verification during the check-in process.

6. No parties/events. We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners. Therefore, we will know if parties are being held. If this rule is not followed, your reservation will be terminated, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

7. Not for commercial use or special occasions without pre-approval (weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, photoshoots, etc.). We will consider your request if you request in advance. Failure to request in advance will lead to termination of your reservation.

Rooms are spacious and had everything we needed. The loft room had a door to the roof top patio which was very convenient and provided even more space. This unit wasn't directly facing the lake so lake view was limited but the rooftop patio made up for that. Host was wonderful and responsive.

We got locked out from both units (code changed) but host responded quickly. A dresser was missing from the master bedroom (we stayed at the same place in the past) so we had to find other ways to place our little items i.e sunscreen, phones, devices. Only cable, so ideal to bring your own firestick to watch movies. Host responds quickly. Felt a bit rushed with checkout as there was a fine if we went past time slot. Not central AC but fans are provided. Other than that we love the location and would return. Other than that, we really enjoyed the

We fell in love with this wonderful property! It is better than we expected! Walking distance to everything, with beautiful views! It is so clean, and well stocked, had all we needed to enjoy our stay. We look forward to coming back for our next escape.

Great spot for our getaway
This suite has a good amount of space for my family, but may be a bit tight for 11 people to stay in. We loved the high ceilings, big windows, and 3 bathrooms. During rainy times, the shared rooftop patio was a fun spot to be, with the firepit, pool table and foosball. We would have appreciated a bit more in the kitchen, like spices, basic condiments and oven mitts.
