Staff is like family & quickly make you part of it

One of the only hotels I've ever stayed at that I did not want to leave! The entire staff was beyond accommodating towards me and my band during our three days. I quickly saw how respectful and friendly the staff is amongst themselves, and this translated directly to the guest experience. The star of the show is the front desk manager, Maddie. As she learned that I was in town to play a concert and as a musician keep non-traditional hours, she made sure to ensure that I had any additional needs fulfilled for breakfast. Maddie even came out to our concert after her shift - guest support experience to the max! Aaron the maintenance man also provided helpful hints with our touring vehicle. The nightshift manager (unfortunately did not get his name) always welcomed us back and was fully attentive when coming in late at night after our concerts. Usually you'll have to seek out the overnight desk manager - not here! Aside from becoming friendly with the staff, the hotel property is immaculate inside and out. Rooms are spotless as are common areas, and even saw a staff member maintaining the lawn during our stay. I've never seen a staff keep up with the cleaning as much as this one. Never any debris anywhere. Parking lot is clean too. Needless to say, there were zero signs of pests. All in all, I did not want to leave and I can't wait to return. our stay was excellent. the person checking us in at the front desk was very friendly. the rooms were nice, clean and bed was comfortable. the pills were good too, not those real soft ones. and the breakfast was great, the lady taking care of it did a wonderful job. will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very nice. The room smelled musty, though, and the breakfast food was not fresh tasting.
