Ac unit in the room was not keeping the room cool at all. The breakfast also wasn’t that good.

The room had a musky smell, the AC was noisy and did not cool as well as it should.

Disappointed

I’ve already reviewed our check-in process, but it was rough. Found out about a $35 pit fee that I frankly missed in the fine print. My fault. However, I feel like it was literally that fine print. It was not included in our price when we booked it and, it is the first time in this trip of several hotels that I’ve had to pay a pet fee. The hotel room was OK. Clean but air conditioner was off which makes me wonder what’s growing in there in between gas. Air conditioner worked fine, but smelled heavily an overly sweet air freshener that was frankly nauseating for the first couple hours . The beds had, I kid you not vinyl type bedspreads. I understand the practicality, but this was really over the top. This is a hotel that has obviously rundown, and frankly marginal for the price. I would not stay again. I have overall had very good luck looking through Hotels.com and I’ve had a good experience with the hotels we have found. This one is an exception for sure, but I believe based on the reviews, it should’ve been better.

We came to visit our new grandbaby . We always enjoy staying at the Quality Inn. It’s like home away from home . Staff is always friendly, and helpful. Wonderful breakfast every day. A great clean environment. I will keep coming back .
