We stayed here several weeks in a row, same night a week, and this last visit they wanted more funds at check in, not to mention it was late when we arrived and the office was locked and some what dim lighting, so no I didn't see the ring bell if locked, paper sign, so the wait and call to check in part was crap, when they say they are open 24 hours. Then the guy up charged us $50 on top of our reservation,, and we had been here several times already, so that was erking ..then told us we must come get him for a personal walk through when we check out, so then we had to wait again. There have been stays here, where they didn't fill the coffee bars, or not enough towels, or even a chair to sit in, even apon request, or last stay when the bedding was only made not changed, but he created us like we destroyed their property.

If you check your reservation properly than you will know what that 50 for and yes it is 24*7 business but after 10pm office door is locked for safety. There’s a sign for night bell you didn’t see it so that’s not our fault. And for your information we charge that 50 deposit for any incident in your room after check out. We refund that you after check out.! We don’t say anything about that you are going to destroy anything. There’s no way that we don’t change the bedding. And you can always ask for extra towels or coffee. There’s enough for 2 people in the room And sorry for the inconvenience.!

Old style front entry motel, cold breakfast
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsNot what we expected from the rating. Old style front entry motel with only a minimal cold breakfast, which was not noted in the listing. First room they have us was small and smelly, but the manager was helpful and gave us a room that was bigger and nicer.
