Rooms were bright and airy, breakfast was excellent as were the hosts. The location is ideal for visiting the town centre and for the train station too. Highly recommended ⭐️

Warm welcome from the ever - accommodating Adam, and comfortable, clean room with an excellent breakfast. The property is close to the centre of Harrogate but on a quiet road so no noise at night. All round an excellent stay and strongly recommended.

Room on top floor was quirky with comfortable bed and leather sofa. Quiet and spotlessly clean with a fridge whi h came in handy and even a microwave hidden away. Full breakfast was piping hot and plenty enough. The fruit plate was a little sparse to be fair but it was exactly what it says on the tin...a plate with fruit so no complaints.
Great location in a quiet area but literally a 5min stroll from centre of Harrogate.
Very relaxed stay.
Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
