Paid for a superior double
Room a bit smaller than I thought it would be
Think a bit expensive for what’s on offer
However the service was very good
The food at the restaurant was delicious

room was fine, beer garden brilliant. spoilt by slow service and the waitress not checking certain information, then ordering dessert after having to chase menu then finding out my choice was unavailable.

It was a busy shift with guests spread out every where however we will use your feedback to discuss the points with everyone to see what we could have done differently.Having ordered something, to then be told it is not available is one of my chief annoyances so that makes it even more frustrating that it has happened.
