Excellent stay The hotel is located right at the center- all walking distance to visit the town. Harrogate is a beautiful place.

Je suis désolé de vous avoir déçu lors de votre récente visite. Je conseillerais toujours à un client de signaler son retour directement à la réception afin que nous puissions au moins essayer de rectifier, voire d'apaiser, tout en restant ici. Nous sommes un hôtel situé au centre et organisons l’événement. Tous les événements sont priés de partir à 12h pour éviter les ennuis résidentiels. Je vous exhorte à revenir ultérieurement afin de vous montrer une autre facette. Lovely hotel with a great location in the centre. Clean and friendly. Beds comfortable and great facilities in room. Would definitely return.

We were in room 115 this room was so hot, small opening in the window and two fans in the room which only blew the hot air around the room. We have stayed here a few times hence the reason for booking again however, this has really put us off. The price we paid for the room was excessive given the unbearable heat, don’t think we will be back.

Standard rooms better value

We have stayed at the Yorkshire hotel on quite a few occasions and enjoy the hotel and location. We recently booked a de-lux double room which was slightly more expensive.We were suprised that the room had neither a case stand or easy chair, which we have had when staying in other rooms at the hotel, so definitely not worth the extra.

A lovely stay.

I was welcomed warmly and clearly explained the check-in and check-out process as well as the expectations for breakfast. My room, though small, was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a bit on the small side but perfectly functional, except nowhere to hang towels or a shelf in the shower for toiletries. Breakfast was well cooked and presented with a good range of continental options. However, as someone who is gluten intolerant, these options were greatly reduced. Even the sausage was not gluten-free which is disappointing as many produced sausages are gluten-free at little to no extra cost. As I left I forgot to pack my e-reader. I rang reception the next day and they located it and sent it back to me. Great service, thanks.
