The location was superb, facing onto the Strays we had a lovely breakfast watching the world go by. Staff very friendly and efficient. Room facilities very good.

The staff were excellent, from receptionist to dining/bar staff. Our room was directly above back courtyard/bar area-on Sat afternoon loud music was playing until 9.30 pm-this was highly intrusive and annoying. We asked for a change of room but hotel was fully booked.

West Park Hotel

The only thing that we found with room as it was on the 3rd level the furniture layout was a bit cramped and also as we are of a age of 75 felt getting in and out of the bath for either a bath or a shower the height of the bath somewhat high to get in and out of.But apart from these minor things we found the hotel was fantastic and just right to the main town area.

The West Park is a great base for visiting Harrogate. Centrally located with a lovely bar / restaurant area and a great outdoor courtyard at the back
The staff are super helpful and friendly.
