Un excelente hotel. Es la tercera vez que me quedo cuando voy a Hartford. Esta vez utilicé la piscina. La vista muy bonita. Me encanta el hotel.

Got charged for immenities which there weren’t any. No food options, no fridge or microwave. Parking costs were outrageous. Pillows were so thin that 2 stacked together weren’t the thickness of one regular one. Would not recommend staying here for $300 plus a night

Parking is $20 per day whether you leave or not. Beds were not properly cleaned. They gave you one bar of soap and didn’t replace towels. Awful.

The garage is owned and managed by the city, and we are pleased to have negotiated a discounted nightly rate for our guests. I understand this may not have been clearly communicated, and I’ll review how we can improve awareness of this cost beyond the current signage.I’m also sorry to hear about the issues with the room amenities.
