Fall Vacation

1st time here. Room, bedding, bathroom all ok, very comfortable. Breakfast area a little confusing. We paid for the breakfast up front with the room charge. Most items were free, but some there was an additional charge. Also was told gratuity not included, even though we waited on our selves.

Convenient to airport. Stayed overnight for a flight. Hotel is as expected. Staff at check in was a bit difficult to understand with hearing issues. One slight issue with our room key not working but otherwise would stay again in the future for airport closeness.

I was EXTREMELY unhappy with my stay at the Hilton Garden inn, the heater made a loud rattling sound and the were insects , bed bugs in the bed and the shower is very uncomfortable. I am normally satisfied with the the hotel but this last trips leads me to not wanting to stay there again
