I was concerned to read your feedback - please accept my apologies for the poor food quality you received with room service at our hotel. The room service troubles you encountered during your stay are not typical of the service we offer, and I regret that you were unable to address these concerns prior to your departure. Joe the kitchen runner was super friendly and helpful. Bar staff was wonderful too. Highly recommend!

Daneisha at checkin was amazing! She greeted us with a warm welcome from the moment we arrived & she went above and beyond to answer all questions during our visit…excellent customer experience!!
