Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was a nice place. The maid service needs to do a better job as mouse droppings were found on the rug as well as in the drawers. A few of the appliances in the kitchen had not been properly cleaned. We simply cleaned them, but I notified the manager. He stated he would tell the cleaning service.

Quiet Family Weekend Getaway
Publié le 6 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayIf you are looking for a place to unwind and enjoy nature then this is the cabin for you. We had a lot of family bonding time on this trip; from hiking to exploring Gatlinburg. While at the cabin enjoyed grilling and making s’mores. The owners we very thoughtful and had sleep sound machines in each bedroom. This was very helpful because at night it’s so quiet you can hear whenever someone walks or talks. We even had the neighbors friendly dog Boomer come over to play. The only downside was there was not a washer or dryer on site and the kitchen wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. I have a small car and it did struggle to make it up the gravel road.

Relax family time
Publié le 31 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayBeautiful place but not for taking kids. I think it was my fault for not reading the review and learning about driving to the cabin. If you plan to leave the cabin and get to know around, this cabin is not for you. The last part of the drive to the cabin is significantly challenging and doesn't take small kids.

Relaxing, peaceful getaway!
Publié le 10 août 2022 sur HomeAwayWe loved being in this very nice and cozy cabin in the mountains, away from everybody. All though the drive to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge was a 45-60 min drive; the cabin was worth the drive time. We are definitely coming back the same time next year!!!

Good but small changes could make the difference
Publié le 30 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayProperty was nice. Good scenery. Very private. Main issues were upstairs bedroom doors are hard to shut and latch and the soaking tubs jets were moldy.
