Super bien situé Propreté du lit correcte mais salle de bain mérite rénovations majeures. Pas de déjeuner dû à l’absence de l’employé qui s’est déclaré malade le matin même. Aucun plan B

Several parts of the room were dirty, there weren't a deskt to work with my laptop, and nobody cleaned my room throughout my 15 days stayed. Bed it's very good, it is comfortable, you got an iron, microwave and a refrigerator.

NEVER!!!

Absolutely disgusting!!!! So horrible that we checked out within 20 minutes of checking in. Reception area was updated. The man that checked us in was pleasant and as accommodating as possible. However the property was not appealing. The room had an overwhelming smell of old and hot pee. The pillows appeared to be filled with news paper. The linen and walls were dingy. Boxspring was looked like it could have been the cause of the urine smell. The tub was stained. There was one surface that we were comfortable placing our bags on, because it was a hard surface. The final straw was the huge spidercricket on the ceiling. The 2 adults and 2 teenagers weren't comfortable enough to sit on anything. We literally stood in the middle of the floor planning other possible accommodations. We went back to the reception area to ask for a refund. The pleasant receptionist offered 2 other rooms which were better than the first one but still not up to par. Unfortunately, we were denied a refund because we booked it via third party. NEVER will/would I stay there nor send my worse enemy to. I wish that our discomfort were not so extreme because we should've taken pictures. Our main objective was to leave.

Great price, clean, friendly staff

Came to visit family & friends in Hartsville. Landmark Inn is beyond gross and Hampton Inn is very expensive. Quality Inn is just fine and affordable.

The door handle fell off while inside the bathroom. Stuck in there for 20 minutes. The manager did come and was able to open the door and let me out.

The staff was very nice. The room was dirty, the floors were not mopped, the bathroom vanity was not cleaned. We had to have one of the bed sheets changed because it had not been changed hair all over the bed. The staff came up and changed the bed sheets. Here’s the worst my husband got bitten by a coach roach it was a horrible experience staying here. Nor to mention all the screaming last night outside.
