Quiet and peaceful - that's certainly what we aim for, as our guests often enjoy long days out in the Far North or on the water and just want a cool libation and a comfortable armchair or the restful rural valley and river views when they return. So this was a good match! Thank-you Dennis and Lauri for entrusting us with your care. We enjoyed meeting you.

The Longmorn is just one of the single malt whiskies we enjoy showcasing - a good choice Craig! Thanks for "getting" that your hosts stay in the background unless you need us. That's the intention. You and Kathy were great guests. We look forward to your return and hope you bring another couple so we can spoil you at the dinner table!
