The property is on a private beach steps from your door. We try to provide an accommodation that we would hope for ourselves, and provide everything we can to make your stay with us an exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable experience. We clean and sanitize to The latest protocols, and the dehumidified air system circulates through hospital quality HEPA filters to provide fresh clean air. Both bedrooms have an entry to a large and beautiful bath room. The master bedroom has a large sliding door looking out over the the pond just steps away. The new beds are extremely comfortable and you will get a good night's sleep on them The garden club award nominated landscaping adds to the views of abundant wildlife and magnificent sunsets from your bedroom,, as well as the large picture window in the living room that gives you a wonderful view. The small but well equipped gally kitchen is both beautiful and efficient for vacation meals. The living room with tasteful Cape Cod nautical decor is comfortable And inviting. A 75inch home theatre with premium programming and theatre quality sound system, makes this a place you won't want to leave. For cool nights you have a gas burning fire place to keep you cozy. We provide luxury sheets towels in an immaculately clean environment. The flagstone patio has a gas grill for outdoor cooking. We provide board games for rany days, beach toys for kids or grandkids. We offer fishing rods. Cast to nto the pond a few feet away for a near trophy sized largemouth bass. We provide 4 kayaks, a canoe, and all the water toys for playing in the safe warm clear clean waters of Bucks and John Joseph's ponds . The apartment is the lower level of our home with private entrance and a private yard and patio. We are on a quiet street with parking. We have 2 Trek hybrid bikes to ride the spectacular Cape Cod rail trail nearby. Beaches, golf courses, and stop and shop groceries are all less than 5minutes from your door as are Harwichport and Chatham down town shopping areas. you will find everything in excellent condition,and ask that you leave it as you found it (within reason)

Perfect and wish I /we could have stayed longer to catch some warm, sunny weather. Too damp and cool to participate in pond activities...very unusual for Cape Cod Indian summer!! We will be back! PS: The hosts were very nice and we had sailing in common!

The property was excellent with everything we needed, lots of space for four and a cozy at home atmosphere. House is on the water with a beach facing the sunset and kayaking to enjoy. We had a wonderful time once again on the Cape, it has been an annual event for us for many years. Mike and Jo were great hosts, and the accommodations were friendly, comfortable, spacious and clean. My family and I had a great time during our stay. The apartment and views from the back yard were beautiful. I had a lot of fun kayaking in the lake and it was nice enough to dip in. The stay was perfect; relaxing and laid back. Communication with the owner was terrific; they reside on site. The 2 bedroom location is completely private. Nice kitchen with cooktop and microwave. Master bed room and 2nd bedroom with 2 singles. Overall, clean and neat. Shower is terrific. Large bathroom. The patio is situated overlooking two ponds. Extremely quiet and peaceful!!

A Home Away From Home
What a lovely space. As nice as the pics are they just don't do it justice. It's a large comfortable space. Jo And Mike thought of everything to make their guests comfortable and lacking for nothing. We loved everything about this rental from the very comfortable bed, expansive bathroom to the very relaxing living room with the surround sound theater TV to the super comfy chairs and sofa. The view out back over the pond is exceptional. We loved sitting out back on the veranda enjoying our morning coffee and watching all the different birds and wildlife. It was peaceful and beautiful with sunset views every evening! It's a gorgeous location right on 1 of the many ponds in the neighborhood. We enjoyed canoeing, biking and taking in the beauty of Cape Cod. Especially if you have pets, this is a great location for a vacation!
