Back to the Cape 2024
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really looked forward to our vacation at the Cape as our children and grand children grew up vacationing there. We had not been back in 6 years. We really enjoyed the spacious back yard and the pool was refreshing after a warm day sitting on the beach. The accommodations were adequate for a multigenerational family. The only drawback was the rental was for 12 people. The dining room table was large but had only 4 chairs and a bench for 2, plus 2 bar stools. There were no other chairs in the home. There was an outdoor table with 4 outdoor chairs but that does not make for a great family dining experience. The only other drawback was the fact that the amenities stated that toilet paper and soap were supplied. The toilet paper was not adequate for 12 people for a week and neither was the soap. We were told by the owner that we would be responsible for anything over what they left. We have rented through VERBO before and if the amenities stated something was supplied we received an adequate amount for our length of stay. All in all everyone enjoyed our home away from home at the Cape.

My apologies that my home was not up to your standards.
Iv never had guest say that they weren’t satisfied with the amount of toilet tissue provided. We stock all 3 bathrooms with 3+ full rolls each. As far as shampoo , conditioner, and soap. All soap dispensers were filled prior to you entering home. Under master bathroom sink and kitchen sink there is a large refill cobra in case you needed to refill. But they never needed. Shampoo and conditioners were provided and there were a few extra left in downstairs bathroom in left side cabinet bottom and hallway bathroom cabinet on left in container that was green ish colored in case you needed extra. As well as there were some Dove soap we left.
I will be sure to remove soap, toilet paper, towels , dish detergent, laundry detergent and everything extra I provided that I listed or did not listed so I don’t upset anyone incase they aren’t satisfied with the quantity. I would hate for this to happen to another family and them be upset. As for the dinning room chairs , we had 2 extra wood kitchen stools that disappeared over the summer just like a beach chair. So my apologies.

Family Vacation 2024
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family has made a group annual trip to the Cape since I was a baby 34 years ago. Love that I now get to bring my children and make these memories. This home had plenty of space for all of us. The house was clean, and the beds and TVs are huge! The pool is such an added bonus for the kids! Nice private back yard. This was our second time at the house and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious home and property.
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was excellent. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for my wife and I, our two sons with their wives and our 4 grandchildren. Great location to the beaches, restaurants and shops. All of us, especially the grandchildren, enjoyed the pool each day. The property was very clean and spacious. Tiffany was excellent in her communication throughout the whole process, and very timely in her responses to my questions. I would highly recommended this property!

Beautiful house and great location

The house was the nicest one we’ve stayed at on the Cape, the location is perfect - close to the beach, shopping, nice restaurants, and a local park for kids. The owner’s communication was great as well. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway

Large and Centrally Located

The location was ideal for us with quick and easy access to most places we go while visiting. The pool we definitely nice to have. The owner was easy to communicate with.

The beds were so comfortable!! The host responded very timely to any questions I had. We were on the Cape for a family wedding at the Wequasset and several families all rented homes in and around Chatham and Harwich. Ours was definitely the best one!
I would recommend this home without reservation.
