Lovely Lake Cabin
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cabin was perfect for a place to rest and refresh after hiking some of Litchfield area's trails. It was as described by the host and he was very easy to reach with questions. We recommend this cabin as well-located for all that Litchfield county has to offer.

Great Getaway House
Publié le 30 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Harwinton at John’s home. It was perfect for us and offered very nice amenities. The property is very well maintained. A bonus was not having to purchase firewood for our nightly camp fires.
We would highly recommend this place for any small group and would happily rent from John again.

Lovely House
Publié le 23 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was lovely. The kitchen and bathroom are in wonderful condition, and both are stocked with all kinds of things you might need. We enjoyed the grill, fire pit, and playing games in the yard. The lake is across the street, but you need to walk a couple houses down the street and around the corner to get to the nearest beach/access. John is great, and we used his canoe and 2 kayaks for a peaceful trip around the lake a number of times. We put the roll-out cot in the smaller room with the double bed, and it was a little tight, but our teenage daughter was quite happy sleeping (and lounging) on it and being able to share the room with our family friend. There is also a bottled water dispenser which was a wonderful addition.

Perfect getaway
