Our stay at this hotel (PomMarine) was awesome. We were pleasantly surprised with the VIP room upgrade. The facility was very accommodating. Everyone, from the front desk receptionist to the restaurant staff and house keeper were extremely friendly, professional and respectful. We really enjoyed our 4 days at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was very quiet and the staff always so pleasant and helpful. I believe they should have more option varieties with their menu and make it more flexible; also I believe their dining ending times are too early

This was a nice hotel. My only suggestion would be to beautify the outside with some flowers and plants or maybe some decorative lights.

Parking lots was across public road and no leveling for rolling bags slopes. No signs for entry and exit on driveway. Entrance on room was differant level than floor. I almost tripped twice. Coffee maker machine had no coffee filters. Cannot drink coffee without filter. There was no active exhaust fan in bathroom. Humidity after shower stayed for hours. TV screen was small and not mounted on wall higher level. Unwanted sounds for maintainance or something else were coming often. Breakfast serving person needed much improvement and was very conservative in serving etc.

Pleasant stay

A thoroughly pleasant stay. The hotel staff are all welcoming and friendly. There are small things that would have improved the stay - a more communal bar area and a fridge in the room. Otherwise, a great budget option in a beautiful part of Barbados.
