Paying for location. House was ok.

The house was enough room for a family of 5. It was clean upon arrival, however there was not a single bit of toilet paper in the house. After a long drive, that was an unpleasant find.
The house is basic, older and needs a few updates and maintenance. The beds were comfortable, but the couch was not. We felt the only real value to this property is its location.
