Hi my wife and i flew in from California to Mississippi for my step moms funeral the front desk people were very nice ,but didn't give us a heads up about the shower and how to operate it i tried everything to turn on the shower i thought I was doing something wrong because I was really tried so i ask my wife to help me figure out how to work the shower and she couldn't either so once I went back down to the front desk the gentleman explain it to me it was some lil trick with the faucet to get the shower working other than that I'll for sure be coming back great place to stay in Hattiesburg Mississippi

Awful EXPERIENCE..TERRIBLE STAY
Upon arrival, there was dog poop in the entry way and it had been tracked into the hotel lobby area. I was checked into a dirty room that had not been clean from previous stay. Checked into another room..to which it was occupied by someone upon entering. Moved to another room that was ok but could have definitely been cleaner. Room had a musty smell/wet mildew or mold aroma in the air. Set all thermostat to 62 degrees and room never cooled off.. thermostat was reading 74 degrees but it felt like 80. The hotter the room got..the worst the smell…literally smelt like wet dogs or something. As my family & I were sitting watching tv..we noticed a house roach crawling on the wall..killed it! Went into the bathroom, there was another house roach. Then upon checking out this morning, in the kitchen area were 2 more roaches. Sheets & pillow cases were stained and even one of the pillows had dried up blood on it..my skin crawled all night and I didn’t go to sleep until about 6am..it was hot and the smell was horrible.however, the staff were excellent and friendly. NO I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. ITS AWFUL. It’s no way I should have to pay $230 for a place that I can’t even sleep peacefully.. very disappointed in this stay. I WANTED TO LEAVE BUT DIDNT WANT TO WAKE MY FAMILY..as it was already LATE!!
