Cozy Apartment Located in Downtown Laurel

We are located in the heart of Downtown Laurel, on the picturesque tree lined Euclid Ave. You’ll enjoy our newly renovated 800 square foot upstairs apartment located behind the main house. The perfect getaway for anyone wanting to be in the middle of the action of Downtown Laurel and HGTV's Home Town. Come stay with us and experience some true southern hospitality.

The space
Enjoy the charming vintage decor and original oak hardwood floors. You will rest easy in a king size bed with a brand-new Nectar mattress. There is a large television with Xfinity Cable, Free WiFi, and even a vintage Atari Game system for your use. The kitchen is equipped for your convenience. We even have some games, cards and puzzles for you during your down time. You will also enjoy our complimentary Coffee, Tea & Hot Chocolate station.

Guest access
There is a one vehicle parking space located directly on the side of the building off the alley behind the main house. If you will be needing a second parking space, let us know ahead of time and we can make those arrangements for you.

It’s a very comfortable, relaxing, apartment. Large closet, very nice large, comfortable bed. Close to the main area of interest with lots of dining and shopping options. Lots of history to absorb and lovely old homes to view and appreciate.

Absolutely the BEST experience. Host was very gracious. We did not need or want for a thing. Our host checked ALL the boxes. The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, quaint and ADORABLE. Well lit. The most comfortable bed. Very close to everything in town as well.

This property is so cozy, with all the comforts of home. The king size bed is so comfortable and the little touches of snacks, teas, coffees available add to the comfort. We loved it!! Great location!! Adorable little apartment. Perfectly decorated! Very comfortable! Great bed and pillows. Wish the instructions had told us to go on 5th ave and go around to the alley in back to get to building behind the house. But we figured it out but felt bad having to know on front door.

Right at home
This was one of our favorite stops on the trip and this place had a lot to do with it. I just wished I booked for 2 nights. It was so relaxing and loved taking our puppy for walks in the neighborhood. My favorite part was the coffee bar! So many awesome selections! We would love to stay again! The host was nice and responsive. The place was clean. FYI....this house is on the street when Ben and Erin painted all the doors.

Cozy and Comfortable
The apartment was cozy and as advertised. Guess I didn't notice the kitchenette language - as there is no stove top. But there is a microwave, air fryer and an outdoor grill, so there are more than enough "other" options. Plenty of fans if needed, the mattress was very comfortable and the check-in/out process couldn't be easier! The location and proximity to downtown where the cherry on top! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Overall it was good- Complaints: A Hormone Patch that had been dropped was found stuck to the bathroom rug - I threw it in trash can in BR. Bedroom was warm to sleeping as cool air only came from unit in Living area- Bed mattress was very comfortable. Vintage Decor was well put together.
