très bien pour un hôtel de prix moyen
Publié le 19 oct. 2014 sur Hotelspersonnel très gentil à la réception. Nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance et nous avons eu accès à notre chambre dans les minutes qui ont suivies. Hôtel bien tenu. Déjeuner continental, céréales, bagel, rôties, gauffres, jus.

Breakfast advertised and included, however mediocre. Very disappointing. Older and needs updates. No complaints with service.

We waited for quite some time for someone to come to the front desk to check us in and that was only after one of her friends who was in the lobby tracked her down. Kissafur finally came in but couldn’t get behind the desk because she lost her keys. When we did finally get check in and headed to the room, we immediately noticed how dirty the floor was. There were brown/red smudges on the wall and mildew all around the shower caulking. The smoke detector had no batteries and the sprinkler was covered in tape. We were on the 2nd floor. It was late and we had no choice but to stay but will not be back. Do better! The ratings were very misleading.

Just in town to work over night and needed a place to sleep during the day. Early check in handled with ease. Thank you

The room we booked smelled like cigarettes so bad, it was impossible to breath, the pillows were flat and dingy, the counters had red stains all over them. After asking for a different room we were informed that there were no other vacancies and we were stuck with what we had. We decided to drive two more hours to Mobile to get a hotel. How this hotel could have three stars is beyond me! My daughter’s room was not even clean, dirty towels in bathroom and messed up bed. At least they got there money back, I had to eat the $122 dollars, because I paid for mine ahead of time. We will never stay at another Days Inn. Why Expedia would even have this hotel on their list is beyond me!
