The Staff are extremely professional, hardworking, outstanding & amazing. Rafael, Fabio, Maria & another lady (sorry I don’t know her name) will turn a customer’s bad day to a good one in an instant. How can I forget Pavel (the chef). His efforts & food presentation is on another level. You are certainly going to have a fabulous day after eating his breakfasts. He invests his time to cook your meal personally for you once you arrive for breakfast and serves it hot & fresh, he doesn’t do cold buffet meals. I’m glad I met these guys, I don’t need to worry about thinking of a nice place to stay when I return to Havana. Alhabana is the easy & best choice.

Even though my trip to Havana was a little bit disaster with my Bag not arriving. I have to say the staff were incredibly helpful, even the chef made an amazing breakfast and helped with my phone call in Spanish. The hotel is a little Gem but without the amazing staff it would not be half as good. If you want a little home away from home stay here Thank you for everything

There was a lovely restaurant and bar nearby. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. There was no hot water so we could only have a cold shower

The staff is great, everyone's English is excellent, rooms were comfortable and clean. However it's located oddly enough in a neighborhood that looks like a war zone but is two blocks away from one of the best restaurants in town.

Extraordinary! Just one night and from the moment I arrived, the staff was first class. They offered me early check in at no additional cost, including a super upgrade to one of their best rooms, the Master Suit, which was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with a balcony where you can see a small part of Havana. I am very grateful for everything and I hope to return soon, thank you very much!

Absolut hochwertiges Hotel, Personal und Sauberkeit erstklassig!! Super freundlich und aufmerksam, tadellose Sauberkeit, reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück. In der Nähe der Altstadt und mit vielen Restaurantmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, sicher und schön zum Spazierengehen. Wer die beste Option in Havanna genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!!

Mi estadía en Alhabana fue estupenda, los muchachos de recepción eran los mejores, dándonos consejos y ayudandonos a mi y a mis padres que también se hospedaron en el hotel, si necesitábamos un taxi ellos nos los gestionaban y al mejor precio posible, el desayuno se realizaba en la azotea y los chefs muy atentos a cualquier duda que tuvieramos, incluso un día invítanos a desayunar a mi hermano, su pareja y mi sobrino que no estaban hospedando con nosotros en Alhabana, la limpieza de la habitación fue excelente. Ojalá poder regresar pronto

Best hotel ever!!! We so grateful for their help because we originally rented for 4 of us and we are 5!! Including of course our 3 sons! This hotel is super safe and friendly with kids, the staff great giving advises and helping in everything, the breakfast delicious, the cleanliness top quality… the best of the best this guys!!! Amazing hotel

Breakfast was delicious, I really liked the cheese balls. It was better than I thought! My first experience in this country and most of the things were amazing. The incredible attention from the staff since our arrival and their willingness to help us with whatever we needed. The room was huge with a balcony and lots of space, the bathroom my favorite part was super clean and perfect. Also thanks to having a balcony we had no problems with smoking as long as the environment of the place is taken care of. I hope to return soon with other family members.

This hotel totally surprised me, is impossible to expect such a good treatment, cleanliness amazing, renovated and modern structure in the very Heart of Havana which is great to visit and walk all the surroundings. Safe area, restaurants close, can't ask for a better place to enjoy the trip.

I felt incredibly in this hotel, great reception team make me felt like family. The conditions in this hotel are great! Clean, comfortable, big beds, tasty tropical breakfast, safe, close to old Havana and lots of restaurants in the area, totally recommended! I’ll be back for sure!
