Two vertical flights of stairs, for a heavy suitacase is not ideal. The bed was like sleeping on barbwire. The shower barely had water. The plus, the air conditioner drowned out any noise for 1km

Una casa limpia y estilo colonial en medio de La Habana. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y limpias, incluso las camas son buenas y muy grandes y había suficiente espacio para todo. La ubicación es perfecta, se puede ir andando de plaza en plaza. En la calle hay algún buen restaurante para cenar o simplemente tomar una copa. El desayuno era perfecto todos los días, fruta fresca y un buen huevo con un poco de pan, queso y jamón. La gente es amable y se asegura de que consigas todo lo que quieres. Servicio perfecto!!!

Es un lugar muy agradable, acogedor y lleno de mucha historia , lugar donde se podría pasar las mejores vacaciones en cuba .Su gente muy servicial y atenta ,dignas de un lugar como este ,muy seguro y sobre todo q tiene lugares cerca donde puedes cenar demás de relajarte y disfrutar de tus vacaciones. The best place we could have possibly stayed. It immediately felt like a little home. Our host gave us advice on us travel to and from all of the places we wanted to visit. She was sweet and just a phone call away every time we needed a little help. We had so many conversations with her where she taught us about the country and culture. The neighborhood is calm but a little loud with music and cars passing by and locals living just next door but that makes it beautiful—we really enjoyed it. Just a short walk away from some great food. The best part is that it isn’t close to any hotels so, unlike other places, there aren’t people waiting outside to try to sell you a tour or cigars. This will be our go-to place on our next visit. I couldn’t recommend it more for a fantastic Havana experience.

The proprietor made us feel welcome and we found them very accomodating. The position of the accommodation provided us with a great experience of mixing with locals who were very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and suitable for our needs at a very cheap price.

Feel right at home!
The owners and staff were very gracious and all my needs were met. They were certain that I was satisfied and comfortable. The beds were not great but sufficed for my short stay (3 nights). The breakfast prepared fresh every morning was delicious, and they always made my pm coffee with cheer. I am very thankful for finding such a "warm" and caring place to stay in such an unfamiliar place.

Unscrupulous owner, unhygienic food.
The owner tried to fleece me on a few things. He tried to sell me a trip at a far inflated price. Then he got me a very cheap cab to airport again at a far inflated price. The breakfast sold to me was very unhygienic with ants crawling left, right and center.
