Publié le 4 févr. 2024 sur HotelsUn excellent séjour, le personnel est vraiment très investi dans votre bien être pour l'expérience à la havane. Un grand merci pour l'accueil et les jours passés dans cette établissement. La nourriture était géniale avec un service excellent.

Très bon séjour

Andy a répondu à toutes nos attentes pour ce tout premier séjour à Cuba : taxi, change, wifi et autres conseils.
Très bon petit déjeuner sur une terrasse sympa avec vue sur la ville.

Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe did stay for only one night before leaving Cuba. Anyway, the host was helpfull and the casa nice. Easy to park our car and short distance to the rest of Havana.

Excellent Stay
Publié le 24 avr. 2024 sur HotelsTania and Andy were excellent hosts. They were incredibly helpful with all our needs (especially getting taxis) and very responsive. The space is kept up very nicely. Probably the best highlight of the room was the shower! All of the amenities were exactly as advertised as well. Convenient location in Central Habana so that you can walk to some places down the main (and well-lit in the evening) road, we always felt 100% safe and were for the most part not pestered like in Old Habana. Short cab ride to Old Habana though to go out in that area is very convenient too. They offered currency exchange for us, although not the best rate we received while there. The mini fridge (water, local beer, soda, wine) was convenient for when the shops around were closed, but you'll of course pay for the convenience. The 8$ breakfast is an absolute FEAST! And delicious, we were served multiple fruits that we had never had before. We also used the laundry service while we were there, and when we tried to ask how much, the woman tried to tell us not to pay at all! Of course we insisted though. Other than Andy and Tania, there were two others who helped around the place with cleaning/cooking/laundry, and they were all so friendly. It really made the stay special. We stayed for a full two weeks and enjoyed the entire thing, no exceptions.

This was frustrating. After agreeing with the host regarding arriving time and price for the taxi, she waited till the reservation reached a point where I couldn't cancel anymore to say that the price was higher.
Of course I complained about it and told her that I'll arrive at the hostel without using her taxi. After this she sent me a message saying that to arrive after midnight I have to pay a fee for each hour past midnight. I read her policies and rules in the Expedia profile and I didn't see anything related to that. She said I sent you this message before. I asked a prove that she sent me it before and surprensilly she sent me a fake screenshot that unfortunately I cannot send here.

Your opinion will always be frustrating when you do not put the well-being and comfort of your family first, mainly by defaming and not valuing the effort that other people make to make them feel that way.To clarify your mistaken views, since foolishness blinded you, preventing you from seeing the truth.First of all, if you were attentive to your reservation at the time of confirming it, you would automatically receive a message with its details, so that if you do not agree you can cancel in time. (I have proof of that) Where there was a point that specified the OPTIONAL taxi service, which costs 30 euros when the applicants are 1 to 3 people. (always thinking of a sedan type car) since there were 4 of you, you needed a larger car taking into account the luggage (a van type) since this obviously costs more expensive which was 50 USD.Another point said the check-in after midnight will be charged 10 euros for each extra hour. Because sometimes have to pay a staff until late at night to receive it. Which in this case THEY WERE NOT CHARGED because I received you, YOUR WIFE WAS ALSO AWARE OF ALL THESE THINGS.I want to add another thing, during your stay at home, me and my team did everything possible in our power to make you feel as pleasant as possible, we had conceptions with you which you were aware of, you should also have put in your review. We lent them a SIM card at no cost so that you could communicate when were you are not at home, so that if they needed something could call. But the most painful thing is that his wife knew all this, as I write before.What really makes me ashamed of you is that you arrive in a country unknown to you at 3 am with your family where there were children and because of your arrogance you do not value the advice and efforts of others. I don't want people like you in my house anymore. I wish you to continue growing as a person, as a father and as a husband.Good luck.

Séjour à la havane vedado
