It felt like I was part of the family! They made me feel so welcome that I felt like at home. I even forgot to lock my door… that was this feeling of savety that I had in this beautiful and welcoming place. I will definitely be back again!

Я рада что выбрала именно этот отель. Я путешествовала одна и для меня были важны такие пункты как безопасность, интернет, чистота, так же это очень красивое место где все продумано, каждая деталь и в котором очень комфортно находиться . Хозяин отеля Матео, прекрасно говорит по Английски, смог мне помочь решить некоторые трудные ситуации которые у меня возникли. Совершенно искренне рекомендую это место для коротких и длительных визитов.

Mainly I booked for 10 days but stayed only one day. The staff, specially owners sister in law speak better English wich helped me a lot. Same time I came in very bad time as no electricity in cuba and this hotel doesn’t have generators wich ended up with no water and WiFi too. First day I paid some money to get water to room as it’s upstairs and no elevator. There for I checked in to an another hotel in Havana at better rate and all facilities with WiFi due to generator .

The rooms were very clean and we were provided with potable water daily. The staff is friendly and polite. Good and safe area, close to the Plaza de la Revolucion. As a minus, the WIFI worked very poorly, most of the time it did not work.

The room is very spacious and clean, but is located up a few flights… the staff was great and helped carried luggage to the room. The WiFi works good downstairs.

Lovely hosts
This was our first stop in Havana. Our hosts arranged transportation from the airport, comfortable room and delicious breakfasts. The location requires a taxi to and from the major attractions/food in Havana but transportation was easily arranged. The courtyard was lovely to enjoy a book or breakfast!

The owners were really welcoming, really well decorated, extremely clean. Staff extremely nice. AC and WIFI available and possibility to have breakfast on site. No food in walking distance. Super quiet area. I recommend to anybody who wants a quiet place to return to at night.

A rare experience to meet proprietors as gracious and helpful as the owners of this house. Superior staff and the property is well maintained and cared for. The host and hostess go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable! I would recommend this spot to anyone who wants to know "real" Havana. It is a place I'm coming back to when I commence a motorcycle tour of the island a year from now. Also, very safe and secure. A veritable fortress you can relax in. The value is hard to beat here. g.s.

A wonderful and hidden gem in Havana
My boyfriend and I had booked their Luxury Studio Suite for our first few days in Havana before travelling to our next stop in Cuba and returned to Albero Dulce to stay in their Comfort Room for our final night in Cuba two weeks later. Both rooms were very cute and comfortable. The people at Albero Dulce are super friendly and welcomed us with warm spirit which truly made us feel home for a few days. We also booked their 2-hour Classic Car tour which was a really great experience. They took us around the city, showed us some really cool spots of the city and told us about the areas. We will highly recommend this experience! We will happily return to Albero Dulce if we come back to Havana in the future.

A lovely home to stay at
I spent a night with my hosts for a stop over close to the bus station in Havana. My hosts were really friendly and helpful. They recommended a really great restaurant and let me leave my bag a couple of hours while I waited for my bus. The room was really pleasant and a good bathroom with good faculties. Breakfast was nice and the family made me feel very welcome
