The place was absolutely filthy inside and out. Outside trash cans were over flowing with trash and cigarette butts all over. My first room had dirty linens, lights didn't work, tv didn't work. Moved to second room. The room was covered in mold. Third room was ok. Floors were dirty leaving socks black. No safety lock inside the door, broken, and adjoining room door safety lock was broken. I booked the room for location convenience and the fact that it had a pool and served breakfast. Both pool and breakfast were not available.

The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when we checked in. I found food in the fridge the morning after check-in. Beds were supposed to be changed every 3 days. During our 6-night stay all housekeeping did was give us 2 new towels and empty the trash once.

MOLD ALL OVER THE BED! Not dirt, not stains, MOLD. This place is so nasty it shouldn't even be allowed to be open. I know cheap motels/hotels can be a little gross sometimes but this place is disgusting, and I could list 10 more things in this room that I've never seen in 20 years of staying at cheap motels/hotels. I thought all the bad reviews were just people being overdramatic, nope they're all accurate. I've never walked out of a hotel I paid for before but there is no amount of money you could pay me to stay in this place. All the response comments from the management saying they will immediately address the issues are a joke, they haven't cleaned or put a dollar into fixing this place. If you're in Havelock please stay anywhere but here!

Probably won’t go back.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, fridge/freezer did not work, lights flicked on and off, bathroom sink didn’t drain well, mold on the walls, and the TV remote worked half the time.

Smells like dog had piss as you walk to your room u the stairs down the hall, and the room smells 2’!!! Was not a healthy place , can’t believe Expedia’s would promote this hotel!!! Is that the reason why y’all have no refund clause, looks good smells like dog urine, ! Unhealthy I am so sure I’m gonna call Better Business Bureau and report the smelll ! Not Healthy!!!! Disappointed to say the least!
House keeping not once visited our room, let alone the sheets were dirty and stained (thankfully we brought our own bedding)
Paid for late check out but got harassed to leave not even an hour after normal check out time. I will never do business here again
