Very Very LOUD all night. Trains coming and going all night from an apparent train station right behind the building. I got zero sleep and was left with a headache and ringing ears. Great Hotel in a horrible location!!

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. Our little town is a railroad town with both Burlington Northern Santa Fe and Amtrak using the tracks. The tracks/rail yard go right through town and can be heard miles away. We do try our best to reduce the railroad noise for our guests, by providing ear plugs in all rooms. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience. Please request a room on the highway side or in our other building.

It was clean checkin was quick and the room was nice and quiet.

We had just stayed at a Best Western in Laurel, MT. After staying there we were a tad hesitant at staying at a Best Western in Havre, but they were great!! The rooms were clean and the staff was excellent!! The breakfast was delicious and there was a gal that stayed on top of that breakfast even though she was crazy busy with all those people coming it to eat!! What a contract to the one in Laurel where we will never stay again!! Way to go Havre!!

It was clean and had a comfortable chair in the room as opposed to just the desk chair. The pillows were also comfortable.
