When I checked in, my room wasn’t clean. I was checked in at 3:30pm and had to wait an additional hour & a half to get back into my room. Despite cleaning my room, they forgot to check my fridge. I was going to put my bottled water in there but there was old bananas that turned black and old yogurt. I told the cleaning lady Saturday and Sunday and nobody came to clean my fridge! Overall bad experience for me! It’s like your staff don’t care! Even when I told the front desk manager she didn’t care!

Justin,We are sorry this happened to you. We did try to make it right but unfortunately, we can't touch any of your belongings if they were already in the room hence why the fridge wasn't clean. I didn't happen to see you come down that night to say the fridge wasn't clean to make it right. Hopefully, we will see you again in the future!

Good Location in Havre.

This property is in dire need of maintenance. I told my kids not to lean on the bathroom counter for fear that it would fall off the wall.

breakfast was iffy at best. Hotel failed to post that the hot tub appears to be closed. and quite disappointed to find the pool still covered up not ready for use at 8:30 in the morning.

Karen,The hot tub has been off of our website for quite a while. Our pool doesn't open until 10 because we have guest rooms near the pool this ensures that they get the same amount of rest as everyone else. We hope to see you again in the future!

We booked an accessible room and did not receive one. One member of the group was algeric to pets and we received a pet room. We asked to change rooms, but the hotel staff were unhelpful. Stay at a different hotel.
