The bathroom was very outdated mold type around the flooring . Faucet on bathtub had “Off” written in black marker. Lots of rust. Musty type smell in the room had to air freshen and disinfect . Bench in room was broken and stains on popcorn ceiling . The bed was clean and comfortable.

I stayed in room 135. The pictures online did not match the reality of the hotel. The toilet seat looked as if it had never been changed. Worse than a truck stop toilet! The paint was pealing off the walls, the walls were dirty, the towel rack was broken, the first bed in the room seemed broken. Definitely will be looking to stay someplace else next time. Staff did not know how to properly handle an early check out. Located next to a truck stop with not enough exterior lighting to feel safe!

Was provided with an ADA (handicap accessible) room. The room had not been updated in some time. I believe this may be because I got a low rate through Expedia. It is unfortunate that I will not visit this property again, because I stay in this area often (< 6 x/year).

Affordable, but that's about it

Rooms clean and comfortable. A little dated, plus no elevator to second floor. They are charging local taxes for Burlington even though they are in the town of Haw River. Staff up front are all new, and had to call their manager for everything. The breakfast is a very small selection compared to other continetal breakfasts and coffee is below par. We stay on Haw River often and are looking for a new place. Overall you get what you pay for.
