Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayRelaxing, beautiful location. Multiple trips to Maui over the years but this home was perfect for the 2 of us. Comfy bed & sheets. Easy parking, quiet surroundings and the best sunset views. Our only issue was timer on a/c. Due to asthma issues we needed it on at night vs leaving windows open. Waking up in middle of night to restart was a bit rough but everything else made up for it. We will highly recommend to friends & family.

We would have certainly waived the Timer if you had let us know during your stay, but we have now provision to waive the timer by the guest themselves, who need the AC continuously, we hope to see you soon again! With much Aloha from our Team.

Listen to the waves

Road noise was annoying because Aircon could only be used for 4 hour chucks with timer so needed to sleep with windows open and glass slider open. Back screen door doesn’t lock properly when the glass sliding doors are open and unit is on the ground floor.so security is questionable. But safe neighborhood. Great spot on island.

We are working on a solution for the AC, but we would have waived the timer if you had contacted the On-Site Manager. We certainly encourage guests to talk with our Manager or the Complex Manager if they face any inconvenience...

Sweet Spot

We used the grill outside, and loved having a blender to make fruit smoothies! It is very near Honolua Bay, our favorite snorkeling spot and even Slaughter House beach! Highly recommend this property!!

Summer stay

Location wasn’t bad but VERY quiet. If that’s for you great but I found it pretty boring in the area. There’s a few walkable restaurants but it’s dead. Except Miso Phat.
Condo was decent and gave us what we need. The communication was great . I couldn’t find the key code and it was after 6 but she responded immediately. Toilet didn’t work, had to open the lid to flush but they came the next day while we were out and fixed it.
The view is great with the sunsets. The lanai was perfect for them but it was a little dingy with previous stays. This may not effect others but if you are sensitive to smell you will need an air freshener or plug in for your stay. The condo has a bit of an old musty smell but I’m really sensitive. Glad I brought some pillow spray and used most of it. Beware of ants just like their descriptions on your arrival instructions. It was a bit stressful every time we ate and drank.
Overall it served its purpose and happy with it.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was perfectly clean and truly 12 feet from the ocean. Great reef out front for snorkeling. They had snorkel gear to use, games, books, tennis rackets and balls for the tennis courts across the street by the pool, laundry and rec club that comes with the place. Bang for the buck.
Maui... Rainbows off the private patio... super close parking space... I mean it was perfect! Like ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Very clean and cute condo

to the condo.we had to drive each day
To the beach. Which wasn’t ideal. The homeless population all around the area was a little unnerving as they would hang at the picnic table by our lanai and at the end of the seawall one slept each night. One last thing to note is there is a condo above you and the walls seem thin those tenets were so loud and rude you could hear every step they made at 5:00 in the morning and hear their conversations. The location wasn’t perfect for us but the Condo was.

First off, these complaints are isolated incidents (Have not heard from other guests) and we wish this guest would have contacted us during the incidents as there is an On-Site Property Manager who would have taken action immediately.
The Unit above is a Vacation Rental as well and the noise complaint would have also been handled by the Property Manager. We also have our On-Site Manager who takes care of customer service of the unit, contact details provided to all our guests.
As for the beach access, its mentioned in the property description of this listing, beach erosion has been happening in all of Hawaii. There is a beautiful beach just a few minutes walk north that's very quiet and secluded.
We have been renting this condo for over 20 years and Customer Service is very important to us!
