This resort was very lovely! We loved the beach view from the balcony. Also that it had 2 pools & was right aside of the beach. The only negative things was having 2 pay for parking (that should be included with your stay price, or resort fee). & also the balcony sliding door was very difficult 2 close.

The place had an infestation of cockroaches and they sent a letter saying it was normal for the island but this had never happened before when we had stayed here. Mostly in the kitchen and bathroom area. I think this will be the last time we stay here

This was our annual vacation with the grandkids. They love staying there. They especially like the pools and hot tubs. We’ve been there several times with the grandkids.

We stayed for 10 days for a family trip in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. The beds were fine but the sofabed was uncomfortable. I felt that for a 10 night stay housekeeping should have been provided at least 1x but is not without a charge. And though I knew in booking there would be a nightly resort fee and parking also it was higher than hotels.com quoted. Also if you want to use the gym it is an additional fee per person per day which is normally included in a resort fee. They said it's because it is run by an outside company but it is on premises and should have been included. Was nice to have a kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. Also restaurant on premises. There is shopping and restaurants very close too. Aside from the complaints we had a nice trip and would probably stay at this hotel again

Thank you for your review and I do apologize for the disappointment your spoke of in your review. I did double check the information in Hotels.com and in the pricing details it does show the resort fee and the items it covers are found in amenities section. The parking charge is also listed. The fitness club is independently operated as is the gift shop and other retail services. I will advise the property management about the sofa bed and appreciate your pointing that out to us. We appreciate your choosing to stay with us and do hope to welcome you and your family back again in the not too distant future. Mahalo

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay for our week long trip. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a lanai to enjoy breakfast in the morning or to just gaze out and enjoy the scenery. We were on the second floor so it was a quick walk up or down the stairs. The lagoon pool was so lovely, many beautiful trees and flowers around to see. The rental booth for snorkel gear and to replace towels was so convenient and reasonably priced to go snorkeling on our own nearby. We walked across the street to get dinner and shaved ice and the grocery store has everything! The food trucks are next door and there were so many choices! It’s a quick drive to Whalers Village for shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Maui. We are going to miss it so much!

Great stay! Nice space for a family of 5, with beautiful views and right on the beach. Close to good food and things to do.

Thank you so very much for your review. I am assuming the lack of valet parking was of importance to you and may be to others as well. Very few Condominium resorts provide that service as, like this resort, parking is more plentiful vs. Hotels. That said, we do hope that you will come back in the not-too-distant future as we look forward to serving you then. Mahalo!
