Dead roach and a mess in the closets. Parking was a bit confusing because it was close off. Had to park half a mile.

I am very displeased with the conditions and communication between Expedia and KMB resorts. There was painting being done and we were unable to get the room we booked. I want a full refund!

Aloha,We are so happy you had a fabulous vacation. When the resort management notified our staff there may be emergency repairs near your lanai we upgraded your party to a top floor ocean-view penthouse at no additional expense to you. We look forward to hosting you ohana next year!
