climatisation en panne, jaccuzi inopérant.
Joli petite plage a 1 minute de marche, autrement devons conduire pour se rendre aux restaurants et autres plages. Dangereux pour les piétons. Très beaux couchers de soleil. Insonorisation inexistante

Bon compromis sur Maui
Publié le 18 nov. 2014 sur HotelsBien placé, proche de Lahaina, la principale ville touristique mais à l'écart donc au calme. Plages agréables à proximité. Les chambres ont leur propre accès sans perturber la maison principale. Les propriétaires ne se sont quasiment pas montrés (marque de politesse ?). Chambre propre, wi fi incluse, petit déjeuner sympa.

This place is very central to a lot of nice beaches including across across the street. Quiet place with a great view.

Lizards, cockroaches, no cleaning
Publié le 6 déc. 2022 sur HotelsThis was not a hotel, by any means of the word "hotel". It's operated as an airbnb. No front desk, no one to go to when something goes wrong.
Also, here are the other problems:
1. The bathroom sink hole was faulty. The water would get collected and not drain. We had to find a workaround with a plastic fork to keep it working (see pictures)
2. We saw a lizards and other small insects in the room (see pictures)
3. We saw a cockroack in the cutlery cabinet, and hence got our own cutlery from then on
4. No cleaning service, even a single time for the 6 days we stayed there

We employee professional cleaners, maintenance staff, and have a very comprehensive pest control schedule suitable for the tropical environment in which we are located. We follow industry standard cleaning schedules, and any additional services or supplies would need to be ordered and paid for during your stay. The Plumeria Room is our most affordable garden view room with en suite bathroom located on a beautiful private estate by the ocean, offered as an affordable alternative retreat away from the traditional hotel experience for those who would prefer. Quiet location, perfectly clean rooms.

The beach across the street was seclude and quiet, perfect for a quiet swim and morning walks. The common area was nice and the room was perfectly clean and recently updated. The garden was beautifully manicured.

The location of this property was perfect for our use. The beach is across a fairly busy street, but the beach is pretty nice. We had to ask for a hairdryer, which another guest ended up with and we never got one. Probably should have a hairdryer in each unit.
The common room was clean but no breakfast was available. I feel that a breakfast could easily have been done with COVID issues in mind with prepackaged items and drinks.
Our room was nice but small.
The house itself is set nicely on the property and the parking was pretty good. Fairly quiet location at night.
