Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is in a great location on the Island and is easy to get in and out of the property to explore everything.
The unit itself was very clean and well maintained but could stand an update and refresh. The view from this unit was spectacular. We had a small issue with key cards not working and there was a repair person there within a few minutes.
The separate facility charges from resort should just be included in the costs - we thought we had everything paid up in advance to find out we had yet another charge.
All in all I would recommend this facility in general to anyone heading to Maui - units are all owned by individuals so you have to look around a bit to find the perfect unit on various sites.

Thanks for your review but the resort fee is disclosed to you before booking and again in my rental agreement you signed off on. This should not have been an unexpected surprise to you. Many resorts charge them and as owners we don't have the capability to charge up front to you at the time of booking. The purpose of the fee is to provide "hotel" service to you, as you said Maintenace was there within minutes to help with your key cards. We will be heading over soon and take a look at what needs to be refurnished as you suggest.

Great place to stay
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property and grounds were stunning. Very well kept and lots and f activities. The unit was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Everything was in working order. Short walk to a nice little beach.
