The room was beautifully clean and well appointed. Overall a great offering. Signage and GPS directions were appalling.

The room was modern and clean and looks even better in person than the photos. We had a second room for the kids which was large with their on couch, 2x single beds, heater/aircon and TV. The kids loved their room. The linen was nice and clean and crisp. Bathroom updated and clean. The service from the hotel manager was great, we arranged a late check in and early check out and was very easy. He even recommended the Hay Pizza bar for dinner that would still be open when we arrived late which was one thing we didn’t have to worry about when we got to Hay with the kids. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

A cute little place to stay. Easy to find. I asked for an accessible room and they made sure it was provided.

I wouldn’t reckon this place to anyone. Small restaurant less than 20 tables you would think you would get decent service. Walked in at 7.00pm got food at 9.00pm. Asked for garlic bread it was given to the wrong table and was served food after everyone else had eaten and left. Another table got uncooked food. We will not be returning. The shower in the room was not satisfactory either with no water pressure just dribbled out

Very clean quiet place. Staff very friendly. Loaned us a USB charger for cell overnight. Just very pleasant experience.

Friendly straight forward check in and checkout process. The room was lovely and clean. Beautiful quality soap in the bathroom! Great updated tv and working clean kettle. We only stayed a night but I would definately have this on my list for next time. Thankyou.
