The room was nothing like the pictures, it was old fashioned and totally unkept , the floors were filthy and wasn’t game to look at the sheets , cigarette butts every were outside, there wasn’t a room allocated it was , the keys are in the doors pick one , the kitchen if you could call it a kitchen was awful and dirty and don’t get me started on the shower , I took one look and walked out and went home to my own clean house … I would like my money back

Hot water was not hot enough and the jug couldn’t fit under the tap
But it was economical and convenient for us

The first thing we saw was a cokcroach on the dirty carpet and we squashed it.
The room smelled stale, the carpet was dirty ,the furniture were dirty, the bedding had dirty marks on it ans smelled of something as well as the pillows.
The bed sagged on one side and was not confortable leaving my partner with a back ache.
The TV didn't work . At least we had hot water and the heater worked.
We will never stay there again.
