For an elder hotel it is kept up good. Very clean. Staff was professional and friendly. Really liked 4 pillows on the beds. Gave us a choice of soft or firm. Local paper to read in the room as well as local restaurants and places of interest nearby. They put some extra thought in for the guest. Parking at the door, so big plus for bikers.

Our stay was everything we wanted it to be. the room waslarge, clean and had everything we wantedin a room. king-size bed, microwave, refrigerator, coffee naker (and coffee). And everything in the room slept well. the shower worked well.

Not very good customer service

We had to leave 2 days early snd was told by the manager that there was no problem, when we checked out we were told no refunds because we booked though hotel's.com, they insisted that we pay cash when we arrived, i guess not a smart move

You only checked out one day early. We have to charge because we had to lay that fee to the 3rd party booking company. Nobody insisted you pay cash. I tell everyone about the processing fee on using a credit card or debit card. That way there's no hidden fees. So you choose to bring cash to avoid the processing fee. That was your choice. We had to collect paymemt because it was a active reservation for 5 nights & you booked online. So the last night we would be charged rhe third party booking company. I actually even gave you a credit for you checking out a day early when I didn't have to. You must of over looked our cancelation policy. Yes we don't charge anyone until they are checking in. Excuse me for being honest about the extra processing fee. Plus I don't have acess to cash after it's deposited to the bank. I don't own it I just have to as my owner ask.

Good stay in a little mom and pop

Check in was good.Mekissa(I think I remembered her name right) was great. She was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Everyone we met there was as nice as they could be. The rooms need updating,but that doesn't take away their charm. They were clean and comfortable. It was quiet there,and we didn't have any problems.

This was mom and Pop Motel, where the family lives in the middle behind the front desk. It smells like cigarettes and dog when you walk in. You could park in front of your motel room which is a plus. The room smelled bit damp and musty, but it was clean. The beds were hard and could use some updating with the mattresses. I would not say this motel is worth over 100 a night though. The parking lot is very small, so do not come with any kind of trailer and try to get through. It does have a mini fridge and microwave at least

Thank you for your feedback. The cigarette smell was from the door being left open and someone was smoking outside. I apologize for the inconvenience. Yes me & my husband are the onsite property managers; we do not own it. We are working on replacing mattresses ànd updating the furniture. We do the best we're given to do with. I grantee the rooms are very clean. Due to taking care of a child who fought cancer I know how important it is to clean behind each renter thoroughly. We wash our comforters sometimes after every renter (big chains don't do that; they don't even want to give you clean towels each day.) We clean your entire room every day if you want it. If there's anything we can do to make your stay more acceptable please let me know. You can always change to a different room tomorrow I you would like. Not every room is just alike. They are all different. If you would like to do switch to another room tomorrow please let me know. You have my contact information. We don't want you to unhappy with your stay. There's a couple other rooms you can look at tomorrow if you wish.

Quaint little Motor Inn. On a major highway . Very clean and comfortable. Very near festival we attended in Hayesville. GA Staff was courteous and helpful with assundry items during visit to the Festival.. Thanks again . For great servive..

I like that this property is pet friendly. The mattresses need updating.

Thank you for your feedback. All rooms have different mattresses. We are working on replacing the ones I believe your speaking about. Not all the mattresses are the same in every room. We are working on updating the furniture ect in the rooms. So I hope you come back & stay with us.

The room was clean & spacious but dated. Need a curve shower rod to make taking a shower easier, but did have great water pressure. Over all a decent place for the money.

Thank you for your feedback, We are working on replacing the outdated stuff. Unfortunately we are having to fix and update what was left by left by previous owners. We are working on updating some things & we the only truly pet friendly places to stay without having to pay 100(give out take)pet fee for a 5 lb dog. We hope you come stay with us again.
