This Days Inn met our needs for a quick, inexpensive overnight stay. The pool looked inviting. Breakfast was good.

I originally was placed in a room with a weird smell and soiled (brown towels). I was disgusted with the room, so I kindly asked to switch rooms. The first attendant I spoke with was very nice and accommodating. However, after being placed in a new room, I was the greeted by two dead spiders in the shower and a large bug under the sink. After the large beetle ran across my feet, I called a different hotel because I refused to stay there. At this point, I had been at the hotel less than 12 hours, so I spoke with the manager who had a very nasty attitude and told me there were no bugs in the room and I must be seeing things. They told me they would not be refunding my 3 night stay at all, even though I was only asking for a refund for at least one night. I contacted Expedia and they wouldn’t take Expedia calls in the beginning and ultimately decided they would still not be giving me a refund. If I could rate this place a zero I would. Please do not stay here.

I am sorry to her that 100% i am not agree with you we had just finished fully renovated unless you have some kind of issue

Not what expected

We booked two queen rooms and when we checked in we were told they gave us the last two rooms. Both were full sized rooms and the only explanation we were given was it was last two rooms. When we booked they confirmed with no issues
