This hotel had the best shower pressure I have ever experienced! I travel quite often and this hotel has the best pressure, breakfast was good, room was comfortable and clean! 5 stars from my family! We will definitely stay here again!

Great for a business trip

Was very disappointed in Holiday Inn Express. Our room was old, carpet worn, found 2 bugs in bathroom (roaches possibly), bathroom door would not close and I could write my name on the base of the lamp dust! When I expressed these concerns to women behind the desk at check out her only response was “Well dear, you should have called”. We had been traveling for 11 hours and already changed into our pajamas when the bugs came out. Makes me very leary to book another Holiday Inn Express.

Thank you for taking the time to bring these issues to our attention. We will visit with housekeeping to make sure that they are getting everything dusted in the rooms. We do have the property sprayed for bugs monthly and maintenance does spray as needed in between visits. If you ever have issues such as these please make sure to call the front desk. We have someone on property 24/7 to assist you with any issues that you may have.
