We had paid already but it was so bad we left. The room had been smoked in and tried to cover with excessive air freshener, kitchen under remodel, no breakfast, pool closed. Asked to change rooms but if we did, the new room wouldn't have a tv. We left and lost what we paid and went to the holiday inn.

Room and facility in poor condition. Staff were very nice. Bed very uncomfortable, air conditioning did not work. First floor room with window and no screens. Way, Way, Way overpriced. Run Away!

My wife was so turned off by the room we didn't stay there. It was damp, the floors were slick, the bathtub was so worn it looked dirty - there was no stopper, it was chipped and rusted with mildew in the grout. When the door to the outside was closed, you could see daylight between the door and the door jam.

I read the reviews before booking and each one stated they were under construction. The first room we walked into had dirt and stains all over the comforters. The second room they gave us had a light fixture hanging from the ceiling with char marks, a toilet and sink that both leaked, a heat register that was broken on the wall, and it was so musty you could hardly breathe. Oh and there was no sign of any construction anywhere on the property.

stayed for Lumberjack Championship event. Property is undergoing updates, although still 'dated'...close to the event. Our room was clean; lobby clean; staff helpful. new TV, fridge, furniture; good linens; great mattress... small bathroom. Overall, comparable for the area.

I had to pay an extra $30 to stay in a unit on the strip hotel. We were originally in the main building which was newly renovated. The exterior rooms were poorly painted, each room stunk like a chimney, and the bathroom fan was disassembled, rusty and loud. The ceiling light was also uncovered. The room also showed signs of being destroyed by animals of the door trim. I felt discriminated against because I had a pet. A pet fee should be a deposited pending damage, not a fee to stay in an inferior room. Will never stay here again.
