The rooms are very old looking. There were no towels at all in the room. Had to call the front desk and request towels. Just everything was so outdated. Very disappointed. Had stayed at other Holiday Inns before and they were much better. Would not stay here again!

Nice but Noisy
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel itself is very clean and updated. The sound proofing in the room needed updating. While in the bathroom you can hear the tv and talking from the adjoining room. While sleeping we could hear snoring through the ceiling from the upstairs room.

Very disappointed with the hotel over the years. They seem to allow affordable housing or welfare people to live there. I was double charged and called 4 times to speak to the manager who kept dodging me. I had to get my bank involved to get the money back. Horrible service. Place is old and dirty. Don’t go.

Bring Your Own Pillows
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsI booked for 2 adults and a 16 year old kid. They provided 2 towels, it was late when we were showering and noone wanted to go to the desk amd have to wait for one to be brought to us. Th pillows we awful, a blanket would've been more comfortable.
