This charming 2-bedroom cottage, dating back to the 1880s, offers an ideal wine country escape for a party of four. Situated just two blocks from the historic Downtown Plaza, you'll enjoy close access to restaurants, boutique shops, and delightful wine-tasting experiences. Nearby, savor culinary excellence at Michelin-starred restaurants and explore renowned, award-winning wineries.

The recently refurbished interior showcases a contemporary and well-appointed design, perfectly suited to meet your vacation needs. It encompasses a quaint living room, a dining area, a kitchen adorned with stylish copper countertops, and a sunroom.

You can relax in one of the rocking chairs on the inviting covered front porch or bask in the comfort of the Adirondack chairs in the spacious backyard, complete with a convenient gas grill.

Additional Information:
The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker and a k-cup Cuisinart for guest use (coffee not provided).

Great cottage

Great location. Clean.. Great communication with property manager. The problem is that the second bedroom is really the attic, and even with window AC was 10 degrees hotter than first floor. Also colder at n ight so in warmer months this could potentially be a problem.

This adorable house is perfectly situated in downtown Healdsburg close to the square and loads of quality dining and wine tasting. Just right for two couples. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Will keep in mind for the future!

Great March weekend getaway

We had booked this house because we had a college alumni event at a winery nearby. Sadly, the event got canceled at the last minute, but we kept our weekend away and had a fantastic time, enjoying great hikes and meals.This house is perfectly located so you can walk to everything that’s in central Healdsburg.The care and attention to detail put into the decoration of this historic home did not go unnoticed by us. We would come back again!

Healdsburg Carma Cottage

We had a perfect experience. The house is very clean and functional and the location simply cannot be beat. The local management company was very responsive and helpful. We stayed for 2 weeks and really got a feel for living in town given the proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, highways, wineries etc. I would highly recommend this house and we will absolutely be back if they will have us.

Great House, Great Location

My husband and I had a wonderful week at the Carma Cottage. The location just off Healdsburg Square makes it so easy to dine, shop, and visit wineries — no car needed! The house itself is very comfortable and there is an ample kitchen and dining area for nights you would rather stay in and cook. Would recommend with enthusiasm!

Fabulous cottage in downtown Healdsburg

What a perfect spot from which to explore Healdsburg! The location couldn't be better for walking to everything downtown, and also to the Seghesio winery. The home is beautiful, well decorated, and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Good attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Dream Cottage

Clean and comfortable cottage. Very well kept. This cottage is well stocked with pots and pans, plates, glasses, baking and mixing bowls. Pretty much stocked like you would at your home. Beds are very comfortable. Easy walkability to downtown. Would definitely book this place when we return for a visit to Healdsburg.

Cute house; great location. It’s a little farther than I thought to drive back and forth from Napa, but still a great place. Happened to be there during the big parade which was an added bonus. Only issue the upstairs bedroom was very hot; never cooled down and had to sleep downstairs on the couch.

This VRBO was an excellent stay for our long weekend in Healdsburg with our toddler. It was perfect walking distance from all of the downtown spots and across the street from the library as well! Would recommend!

Great Location

Great spot steps from everything

Perfect for a family or two (close) couples - beds are cozy, kitchen is well-equipped, and the place is perfect. Worth noting that the only bathroom opens up to the dining/kitchen area, so modest cohabitants might find that awkward. All in all, a great place!
