Secluded Valley Retreat

This lovely house has clean finishes and modern furnishings. The kitchen is up to date and fully equipped for those who want to cook and entertain at home.

The first floor has an open plan dining, living room and kitchen along with a den, two baths, and a TV room. The second floor has bedrooms, a bathroom and a play room.

Situated on twenty acres, the home and its veranda, outdoor dining deck, patio and pool with a spa all overlook a sunny glen, with complete privacy for your family or group.

Located minutes off a country road from the vineyards of the Dry Creek Valley, and just a 18 minute drive to the shops and restaurants around the Healdsburg town square, this property is perfect for your wine-country getaway.

Home disclosures:

Our internet is a Starlink satellite with a typical download speed of +/- 100/mbps.

Cell phone service may be spotty in parts of the house for some carriers; we do have a landline phone and it is a 3 minute drive to our gate puts you back into full range for all.

The pool is heated by end of May through Sept, often we can heat in late April and early October but that is weather dependent. The spa is heated year round.

We keep only basic items in the kitchen - coffee filters, salt and pepper, spices, flour, sugar, olive oil. The fridge will be empty on arrival.

We are 8.3 miles from the Healdsburg town square. This drive takes about 18-20 minutes. The final road to our house is private and is paved for 1.5 miles, our "driveway" is a very well maintained rock rock and is about a 3 minute drive to the house from the entrance gate.

Peaceful wine country getaway
This is a spacious calming house about 18 minutes from downtown Healdsburg. We spent a hot weekend lounging, wine tasting and catching up in the pool at 9am (!) drinking our morning coffee. Beds are very comfy and the kitchen has all the tools you need to cook at home. Would think ahead about any evening transportation to downtown esp if you need a designated driver. The last mile to the house is dark and not easy to find. Otherwise a perfect home for a long weekend getaway. Thanks Danielle!! You are a superb host.

Gorgeous secluded property!
A wonderful home in a secluded part of Healdsburg. You travel here down a windy side road through the beautiful mountains and truly feel you're in the middle of nature. The host was very helpful and the hot tub/pool gorgeous in the morning. We would definitely stay again!

Stunning location, beautiful house, highly recommend.
What an absolute delight this place is, and just a short 15min drive from town. The host is responsive & accommodating, & the place is stocked with every ancillary item you'll need during your stay (super well labeled and stocked). It was clean & spacious & well maintained. A wonderful open floor-plan & common space makes socializing in a group super enjoyable & tons of natural light pours into the whole home. The surrounding grounds are well kept and gorgeous; a well maintained private drive & convenient outdoor+indoor parking. We enjoyed the lovely heated pool & tub, & will be coming back again! Highly recommend. 10/10 host + home!

Fabulous, secluded, well-stocked
I stayed here with 6 other people for a birthday celebration. It was absolutely fabulous and I can’t recommend it enough. Danielle truly thought of everything - a stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels, shampoo and conditioner in every shower. The property is beautiful, surrounded by trees. We woke up every morning and drank coffee on the front porch and watched the fog lift. We swam in the pool and visited nearby wineries. It was heaven. The only thing I would warn future guests about is the unpaved road leading up to the house - it’s about 1/2 mile or so, but it’s very windy with a steep valley on one side. We navigated it just fine in a minivan, but it was slightly stressful in the dark the first time. But that’s the price you pay to get to the quiet, secluded property - absolutely worth it once you make it to the top. We loved our stay here - the best rental property I’ve ever stayed in.

Girls Weekend
This property is everything as listed and more. The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. My girl friends and I had the best time staying here, we loved everything about it and cannot wait to return for another stay. The best part of our trip was how amazing Danielle was, she was very prompt and attentive with her communications. Our check-in was in 4 days when the Point Fire had happend and we were on standby as to what we were going to need to do, but Danielle was on top of it and allowed us to wait it out, ensuring it was officially safe before giving us the greenlight to proceed with our stay. I love that she didn't at any point made me feel disregarded about our upcoming stay even with the fire scare. Another key factor that made this trip everything was her flexible accomodations. Overall, 1000/10. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Danielle!!

What an amazing property, and an even more fantastic host. From the moment we arrived, until our departure we had everything we needed and felt right at home. The home was clean, organized and notes and instructions for everything. I can not wait to go back for another visit.

Would not rent again.
The house is beautiful, particularly the setting, it's very private. The host is communicative, however the day before we were to check in, I got an email that the remote that controls the spa is broken, and she has to do it remotely. Of course when we went to use it on Sat. night (when she supposedly said it would be on) it was warm, but not at all hot. We obviously had no means to control it, either. The Kitchen is also not stocked - pans are pretty minimal, and there was no olive oil, no veg. oil, or sugar for coffee. So bring EVERYTHING you need, apparently. Bedding was pretty uniformly terrible too, mattresses are basically futons and pillows are cheap. This house has potential but she has not invested the money to be renting it for an average of $750 a night. Lastly- it's about 25 minutes to town - Ubers and delivery drivers will not come, so be well aware of that. It's more of a place to come and chill and not leave, but again, come prepared because the house isn't. (Owner returned $200 to me after I told her spa did not work, but at my age it is more irritating to book and organize a friends trip and then find the house is not what was advertised than receiving 200 bucks back afterwards.)

Beautiful Location for Thanksgiving Getaway
Lovely home in a picturesque part of Healdsburg. The home and grounds are nicely maintained and the kitchen was well equipped. The configuration is ideal for a family but it would be a little more challenging for multiple families since the bathrooms are shared with the exception of the master en suite bath. Also the pool isn't heated, so it wasn't usable but the hot tub was fabulous. I recommend this property if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had a fantastic time. The pool was great (heated!) and the pool cover ensured it was always free of leaves. The house was very roomy and comfortable for everyone. It was very clean and everything was meticulously labeled. The kitchen was very well stocked. The gravel driveway to the house is a bit long but even city slickers could navigate. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing
I cannot speak highly enough of this rental property and the owners. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived, it is very well appointed, check-in was easy, the owners were super responsive when we had questions, and the house is quiet, comfortable, and fun! I would absolutely recommend this property if you are considering it.

Hidden Oasis
I chose to celebrate my birthday with close family and friends at this amazing farmhouse in the hills of Healdsburg. This private oasis was just the right setting for a well needed getaway. The house was clean and well laid out with plenty of sleeping space. The pool was easy to use and just the right temperature. The hot tub was great for relaxation before bed. Loved the ping pong table in the back off the kitchen. Would definietly recommend. However, it's kind of a windy drive up the hill, so be prepared for that and bring groceries. It was about 10 -15 mininute drive back to civilization. Overall fantastic!!

Lovely Private setting in forested canyon above the Dry Creek Resort quality pool & would have been ideal with additional umbrellas ( only one at pool side). Be wary of driving at night bc roads are dark, twisty & narrow. Beautiful al fresco dinners under the stars ! Well appointed house. Really lovely & memorable

This house was perfect! Very roomy, clean, and unmatched setting! It was out in the country, but only a 10 minute drive into town. Super private. Beds were comfortable. Truly felt like a getaway. We didn’t want to leave.

Perfect weekend getaway for family with small children
My family and I traveled to Healdsburg for Memorial Day weekend and stayed at this lovely Sonoma County home. The house is immaculate and easily accommodated our two young kids as well as my senior father. The kitchen is well stocked with nice appliances and utensils and we were able to enjoy some home cooked meals. My 3 year old enjoyed playing with the toys in the upstairs play room and the biggest hit of course was the large pool set atop a hill with a gorgeous view of rolling hills and trees. We all really enjoyed the privacy of being set back from the road, which allowed us to hear and see nature with an amazing view of the stars at night. Thanks for great communication and a relaxing stay. We would definitely love to return someday!

Amazing spot!
Everything about the property was on point. It felt close to town and wineries, but when sitting by the pool among the trees, it felt like you were far removed from it all. The setting was so beautiful and peaceful. House was spotless and very comfortable. Everything was in perfect working order. Loved our stay and hope to return!
